CEREMONY PACKAGES

Simplistic Personalised Ceremony Package

  • Arbour with draping - Choice of chiffon or natural draping
  • 24 Americana Chairs or 6 White Bench Seats
  • Aisle runner - Choice of hessian, white or red carpet, antique mat
  • Signing table with decoration  & 2 chairs
  • 2 Decorative items at beginning of aisle. Ideas: 2 shepherd hooks with hanging birdcage, lantern, flower ball, jar with flowers OR 2 pedestals with urn or vase OR 2 vintage tea chests with lantern or vase OR 2 galvanised buckets with flowers OR let’s come up with an idea together!
  • Consultation at venue with Bride and Groom
  • Full set up, delivery and pack down

Fully coordinated package including delivery, set up & pack-down = $550

Total Do It Yourself package price = $350 

DIY: Items can be picked up on Thursday or Friday and returned by Monday (3-4day hire). Other arrangements can be made by prior agreement. Extra charges will incur if items are not returned by 8pm

This package takes the fuss out of your wedding with an all inclusive package to make your special day stress free. Why not have your ceremony and reception @ the same location.  

When getting Hitched:

Options for an intimate space for the newly weds:

  • Outdoor picnic (beautiful spacious blanket, cushions, candles, décor) optional to include Food & Beverage (Champagne, beer, sparkling water and a Gourmet Italian Cheese platter)

Please note: While every effort is made to ensure items included in packages are available for bookings, there may be instances where, due to breakages, double bookings, stock not being returned in satisfactory condition and circumstances beyond Celebration Set Ups control, an alternate item will be offered. Some of the "set up" photos may include stock no longer available. Celebration Set Ups will always work with the client to come up with the best possible alternative in these circumstances.
